Gender Equality: Certification Renewed

WeDo Spaces, of which DVO is part, reaffirms its commitment to inclusion, equity and equal opportunities by renewing the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification for a further three years.

This achievement confirms the adoption by DVO and Sitland of concrete policies and actions aimed at promoting an inclusive organisational culture, assessed through six key areas: culture and strategy, governance, pay equity, parenthood and welfare, professional growth, inclusion and protection.

In line with the requirements of the Reference Practice, WeDo Spaces has established a Steering Committee responsible for defining and monitoring the Gender Equality Policy and the related strategic plan, based on SMART objectives, dedicated resources, clearly assigned responsibilities and periodic performance reviews.

The renewal of the certification represents an important recognition of the path undertaken and of the quality of the corporate culture built thanks to the contribution of all the people who are part of WeDo Spaces.
