PMI DAY 2025: Students from Roveredo in Piano visit the DVO headquarters
On November 12, the DVO headquarters welcomed two middle school classes from Roveredo in Piano as part of PMI Day, the national initiative promoted by Confindustria Veneto Est and launched by Piccola Industria Confindustria in 2010.
A special day in which small and medium-sized enterprises open their doors to students, teachers, and local communities to offer a close-up look at how a product is created, the skills behind each process, and the values that drive the growth of local businesses. Since its inception, PMI Day has involved over 472,000 participants, becoming a strong and lasting bridge between the education system and the industrial world.
The theme of this edition – CHOOSING – encourages young people to reflect on who they want to become and the path they wish to take in building their personal and professional future. During the visit, the students explored our warehouse, discovering the structure of our logistics, its efficiency, and the added value of our fast delivery service, one of DVO’s key strengths.
They were then guided through our showroom, where they met members of the DVO team: each shared their educational background, the experiences that led them to the company, and their daily activities.
At the end of the visit, we asked the students to share their thoughts about their future and the choices they feel closest to. Their words – spontaneous, sincere, and full of enthusiasm – became a valuable moment of listening.
It was a morning of connection, dialogue, and openness to the local community—an opportunity to bring younger generations closer to the world of business and to share our passion for design, quality, and innovation.
